Yep, this is where I work.

The cliffs of El Nido as seen from the Big Lagoon beach

Yep, this is where I work. I work in Bacuit Bay, El Nido, Palawan. Bacuit Bay is part of the El Nido-Taytay Managed Resource Protected Area, a protected area that spans 90,000++ hectares of land and marine waters. The cliffs are made of limestone so they’re easily worn away by the elements, leaving lots of sharp edges and cracks.

    1. Thank you! And lots of fun things happened this week too – organizing a coastal cleanup, helping save a hawksbill sea turtle, and installing mooring buoys to protect the reefs šŸ˜€ It does get lonely sometimes – my friends and loved ones are back in the city – but views like this (and a monthly trip home!) ease it somewhat.

      Thank you for visiting!
