Today’s post was going to be one long entry for Ailsa’s “Oceans” photo challenge in honor of World Oceans Day. However, it’s going to take me some time to sort through my favorite photos taken during the past week so I figured I’d be better off making it a series of posts instead 🙂 Presenting the super friendly hawksbill sea turtle I met this morning in Abdeens Reef!
Diving. It’s awesome 😀
More photos will be up by tomorrow! (I hope. Haha.)

Lucky you meeting such a fellow
I know! We had not-so-good weather for the past few diving days but El Nido made up for it in spades yesterday morning. I have photos of batfish, chevroned barracuda, and lots of other fun stuff to show you guys 🙂
Is that a red algae on the turtle? Wonderful colors.
Actually I’m not sure. I thought it was a sponge but it’s too fuzzy. So yeah, maybe it’s algae 🙂
Wow, Macy, great underwater shots, he looks like a very distinguished gentleman! 🙂
Thank you! We were very lucky to get such an easygoing subject 🙂
Just amazing!
Thank you! 🙂
